Note: if parameter is omitted, the command has the same behaviour as<br />

Note: &K has no Read Command. To verify the current setting of &K,<br />

simply check the settings of the active profile issuing <strong>AT</strong>&V.<br />

Note: Hardware flow control (<strong>AT</strong>&K3) is not active in command mode.<br />

3.5.3.2.10 Data Set Ready (DSR) Control - &S<br />

&S - Data Set Ready (DSR) Control SELINT 0 / 1 / 2<br />

<strong>AT</strong>&S[] Set command controls the RS232 DSR pin behaviour.<br />

Parameter:<br />

0 - always High<br />

1 - follows the GSM traffic channel indication.<br />

2 - High when connected<br />

3 - High when device is ready to receive commands (factory default).<br />

Note: if option 1 is selected then DSR is tied High when the device receives<br />

from the network the GSM traffic channel indication.<br />

Note: in power saving mode the DSR pin is always tied Low.<br />

Note: if parameter is omitted, the command has the same behaviour of<br />

<strong>AT</strong>&S0<br />

Note: If Selint=2 is selected, and option 1 and 2 are active, DSR will not<br />

tied High in case of GSM voice connection<br />

3.5.3.2.11 Ring (RI) Control - \R<br />

\R - Ring (RI) Control SELINT 0 / 1 / 2<br />

<strong>AT</strong>\R[] Set command controls the RING output pin behaviour.<br />

Parameter:<br />

<br />

0 - RING on during ringing and further connection<br />

1 - RING on during ringing (factory default)<br />

2 - RING follows the ring signal<br />

Note: to check the ring option status use the &V command.<br />
