The Tennessee Valley Corridor,
Inc., is dedicated to promoting
the Tennessee Valley Corridor
as one of the nation’s premier science and technology centers and
to leveraging the Corridor’s world-class research institutions and
technology assets for maximum regional economic development and
new job creation.
Junior Achievement is the world’s
largest organization dedicated
to inspiring and preparing young
people to succeed in a global
economy. Junior Achievement
provides in-school and afterschool
programs for 7 million
students worldwide.
The mission of the Oak Ridge Chamber
of Commerce is to enhance the
economic vitality of the greater
Oak Ridge area while providing
value to its 700 members.
The Knoxville
Oak Ridge
Innovation Valley represents a 16-county
region in East Tennessee. The East
Tennessee Economic Development
Agency is a regional marketing and
business recruitment organization that
provides site location information and
assistance in this region.
Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library
promotes literacy by providing
one free hardcover, ageappropriate
book to children from
birth to five years of age.
Named Tennessee’s top
hospital in quality performance,
Methodist Medical Center has
provided Oak Ridge and
surrounding communities with the
latest medical advancements for more
than 60 years.
The Oak Ridge Public Schools Education Foundation
works to ensure that the Oak Ridge Public Schools
provide the best public education possible and that our
school system sets the standard of excellence in public
education throughout the 21st century and beyond.
ETEC is a regional organization created to support the
federal government’s missions in Oak Ridge and to create
new economic opportunities in the region.
