In the UK and Ireland, employees can access an online tool to track their performance and development goals, which<br />
includes a “My future” section where they can specify their career history and aspirations for use in succession planning.<br />
Over 30,000 non-managerial employees can now take part in an annual Performance Development Review (PDR) discussion<br />
with their line manager to review and plan performance and identify training needs and opportunities. Managers are given<br />
a standard review form and guidelines on maximizing the benefits of PDR.<br />
