• Worldwide - 360° appraisals<br />
To strengthen our leadership capability, Sodexo managers obtain a 360° vision of performance through executive reviews,<br />
self-evaluations and assessments by peers and team members. The appraisal process is also used to build individual<br />
development plans and improve team and organizational efficiency. Initiated in 2005 within the Executive Committee, it is<br />
now cascading through the organization. To date, 500 people have benefited from this process.<br />
• Canada - Online assessment<br />
The <strong>Human</strong> <strong>Resources</strong> team has updated its performance review and aligned performance and compensation more<br />
closely to Sodexo values. More than 300 people have been trained to use a new assessment tool. In <strong>2009</strong>, 85% of<br />
managers completed their performance reviews online and an enhanced development wizard is now available for their<br />
development plans.<br />
