ASHLAND INC (FORMERLY ISP)<br />
Ashland Inc sells Vital ET ® for formulation into<br />
personal care products. Its customers include<br />
the major known personal care brands. Vital ET ®<br />
has been promoted actively as a superior way to<br />
deliver Vitamin E. The supply of Vital ET ® which<br />
is manufactured in Australia by <strong>Phosphagenics</strong><br />
has been steadily growing and contributing<br />
to revenue.<br />
The Ashland contract was the first commercial<br />
deal finalised by your company having been<br />
signed in 2003.<br />
LE MÉTIER DE BEAUTÉ<br />
The agreement with Le Metier has been in place<br />
since 2009 and been contributing to revenue<br />
since. Le Metier is a niche market player selling<br />
expensive cosmetics in up market retailers such<br />
as Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman.<br />
INTAS<br />
Intas Pharmaceuticals is an Indian company<br />
which reached an agreement with <strong>Phosphagenics</strong><br />
to market three anti-ageing formulations supplied<br />
by us. The launch of these three products into the<br />
Indian market is scheduled for <strong>2013</strong>.<br />
GNC<br />
GNC is one of the largest companies in the world<br />
specialising in the area of health and wellbeing.<br />
GNC has agreed to sell a firming cream which<br />
has been formulated and manufactured by<br />
<strong>Phosphagenics</strong>. GNC will use its extensive retail<br />
network (7,900 globally and more than 6,000 in<br />
the US), as well as, a significant on line capability<br />
to sell the product. This product is expected to<br />
launch in the first half <strong>2013</strong>.<br />
