NON-AUDIT SERVICES<br />

The Directors are satisfi ed that the provision of non-audit services, during the year, by the auditor<br />

(or by another person or fi rm on the auditor’s behalf) is compatible with the general standard<br />

of independence for auditors imposed by the Corporations Act 2001. Details of amounts paid or payable<br />

to the auditor for non-audit services provided during the year by the auditor are outlined in note 6 to the<br />

fi nancial statements.<br />

AUDITOR’S INDEPENDENCE DECLARATION<br />

The auditor’s independence declaration is included on page 20 of the fi nancial report.<br />

CHANGES IN STATE OF AFFAIRS<br />

During the fi nancial year there was no signifi cant change in the state of affairs of the consolidated entity<br />

other than that referred to in the fi nancial statements or notes thereto.<br />

SUBSEQUENT EVENTS<br />

There has not been any matter or circumstance, other than that referred to in the fi nancial statements<br />

or notes thereto, that has arisen since the end of the fi nancial year, that has signifi cantly affected, or may<br />

signifi cantly affect, the operations of the consolidated entity, the results of those operations, or the state<br />

of affairs of the consolidated entity in future fi nancial years.<br />
