Peel Environmental Ltd Flood Risk Assessment – South Clyde Energy Centre, Glasgow 4 CONCLUSIONS There are proposals for construction of an EfW plant on an area of land located off Bogmoor Road, Glasgow. According to SEPA’s flood map the proposed development site is located within an area at little or no risk of flooding. The site is not considered to be at risk of flooding from the River Clyde. Flood risk from an unnamed watercourse to the west is considered to be low. The site is not considered to be at risk from groundwater flooding or surface water flooding.
