(a) No oral order shall exceed $500,000.00 or such lesser amount as may be specified elsewhere in the schedule<br />

of this contract.<br />

(b) The contractor shall furnish with each shipment a delivery ticket, showing: contract number, order number<br />

under the contract; date order was placed, name and title of person placing the order; an itemized listing of<br />

supplies or services furnished; unit price and extension of each item; and, delivery or performance date.<br />

(c) Invoices for supplies or services furnished in response to oral orders shall be accompanied with proof of<br />

delivery or receipt.<br />

(d) The ordering activity shall designate in writing the names of individuals authorized to place oral orders and<br />

shall furnish a copy thereof to the contractor.<br />

(e) Written confirmation of oral orders shall be issued as a means of documenting the oral order within seven<br />

calendar days or oral orders shall be confirmed twice a month, in writing, when more than one (l) oral order is<br />

consolidated for a single confirmation.<br />

5152.225-5001 CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL ACCOMPANYING THE FORCE WITH<br />

PERFORMANCE IN THE USCENTCOM AOR (<strong>PEO</strong>-<strong>STRI</strong> (APR 20<strong>09</strong>)<br />

Persons convicted by a U.S. court for a crime against host country nationals shall not be employed by prime<br />

contractors or subcontractors to perform work within the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Area<br />

Of Responsibility (AOR).<br />

This clause only applies to the following USCENTCOM AOR: Afghanistan, Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan,<br />

Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tajikistan, United Arab<br />

Emirates, Uzbekistan, and Yemen.<br />

5152.227-5005 DISCLOSURE, USE AND PROTECTION OF PROPRIETARY INFORMATION (<strong>PEO</strong>-<strong>STRI</strong>)<br />

(SEP 2006)<br />

(a) During the performance of this contract, the Government may use an independent services contractor (ISC),<br />

who is neither an agent nor employee of the Government. The ISC may be used to conduct reviews, evaluations, or<br />

independent verification and validations of technical documents submitted to the Government during performance.<br />

(b) The use of an ISC is solely for the convenience of the Government. The ISC has no obligation to the prime<br />

contractor. The prime contractor is required to provide full cooperation, working facilities and access to the ISC<br />

for the purposes stated in paragraph (a) above.<br />

(c) Since the ISC is neither an employee nor agent of the Government, any findings, recommendations, analyses,<br />

or conclusions of such a contractor are not those of the Government.<br />

(d) The prime contractor acknowledges that the Government has the right to use ISCs as stated in paragraph (a)<br />

above. It is possible that under such an arrangement the ISC may require access to or the use of information (other<br />

than restricted cost or pricing data), which is proprietary to the prime contractor.
