52.246-6 Inspection--Time-And-Material And Labor-Hour MAY 2001 52.246-16 Responsibility For Supplies APR 1984 252.246-7000 Material Inspection And Receiving Report MAR 2008 W900KK-09-D-0006 Page 69 of 124 CLAUSES INCORPORATED BY FULL TEXT 5152.246-5001 INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE (PEO-STRI) (SEP 2006) (a) Inspection and acceptance of the supplies or services to be furnished hereunder shall be performed by the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) or a duly authorized representative unless otherwise stated within individual task orders. (b) Acceptance of all Contract Line Items/Subcontract Line Items (CLINs/SLINs) shall be made by signature of the accepting authority on a unconditional DD Form 250, Material Inspection and Receiving Report, submitted through the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system. Acceptance will only occur when the accepting authority is sure that inspections performed demonstrate compliance with contract requirements. 5152.246-5003 INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TECHNICAL DATA AND INFORMATION (PEO- STRI) (JAN 2008) Inspection and acceptance of technical data and information will be performed by the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) or his duly authorized representative. Inspection of technical data and information will be performed by ensuring successful completion of the requirements set forth in the DD Form 1423, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and incorporation/resolution of Government review comments on the data items. Acceptance will be evidenced by execution of an electronic Wide Area WorkFlow Receiving Report. 5152.246-5004 SPECIAL DISTRIBUTION OF DD FORM 250 (PEO-STRI) (SEP 2006) The Material Inspection and Receiving Report (DD Form 250) required to be furnished by the provision of the clause elsewhere herein entitled “Material Inspection and Receiving Report” shall be distributed by the contractor in accordance with Tables 1 and 2 of Part 4 of the DoD FAR Supplement Appendix F, “Material Inspection and Receiving Report”.
