5152.246-5001 INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE (<strong>PEO</strong>-<strong>STRI</strong>) (SEP 2006)<br />
(a) Inspection and acceptance of the supplies or services to be furnished hereunder shall be performed by the<br />
Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) or a duly authorized representative unless otherwise stated within individual<br />
task orders.<br />
(b) Acceptance of all Contract Line Items/Subcontract Line Items (CLINs/SLINs) shall be made by signature of<br />
the accepting authority on a unconditional DD Form 250, Material Inspection and Receiving Report, submitted<br />
through the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system. Acceptance will only occur when the accepting authority is<br />
sure that inspections performed demonstrate compliance with contract requirements.<br />

<strong>STRI</strong>) (JAN 2008)<br />
Inspection and acceptance of technical data and information will be performed by the Procuring<br />
Contracting Officer (PCO) or his duly authorized representative. Inspection of technical data and information will<br />
be performed by ensuring successful completion of the requirements set forth in the DD Form 1423, Contract Data<br />
Requirements List (CDRL) and incorporation/resolution of Government review comments on the data items.<br />
Acceptance will be evidenced by execution of an electronic Wide Area WorkFlow Receiving Report.<br />
5152.246-5004 SPECIAL DI<strong>STRI</strong>BUTION OF DD FORM 250 (<strong>PEO</strong>-<strong>STRI</strong>) (SEP 2006)<br />
The Material Inspection and Receiving Report (DD Form 250) required to be furnished by the provision of the<br />
clause elsewhere herein entitled “Material Inspection and Receiving Report” shall be distributed by the contractor<br />
in accordance with Tables 1 and 2 of Part 4 of the DoD FAR Supplement Appendix F, “Material Inspection and<br />
Receiving Report”. The addresses required for special distribution in accordance with Table 2 and any additional<br />
