(b) The TPOC will provide technical direction and discussion, as relating, but not limited to the specification<br />

and/or statement of work, and will monitor the progress and quality of contractor performance.<br />

(c) The TPOC is not an Administrative Contracting Officer and does not have authority to take any action, either<br />

directly or indirectly, that would change the pricing, quantity, quality, place of performance, delivery schedule, or<br />

any other terms and conditions of the contract (or delivery/task order), or to direct the accomplishment of effort<br />

which goes beyond the scope of the statement of work in the contract (or delivery/task order). When, in the<br />

opinion of the contractor, the TPOC requests any of the aforementioned changes, the contractor shall promptly<br />

notify the Contracting Officer (or ordering officer, for delivery/task orders) in writing. If the contractor believes or<br />

interprets any action by the TPOC to be a change to the contract, the contractor will promptly notify the<br />

Contracting Officer in writing. Any failure by the contractor to notify the Contracting Officer in writing of any<br />

changes is an admission that the contractor is working at its own risk on a voluntary basis. No action shall be<br />

taken by the contractor under such direction until the Contracting Officer (or ordering officer) has issued a<br />

modification to the contract (or delivery/task order) concerning the subject change(s) or has otherwise resolved the<br />

issue.<br />

32826-3276, (b) (6) as the authorized Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) for this contract.<br />

(b) The duties of the COR are limited to the following:<br />

1. In accomplishing your duties as COR, you are cautioned to ensure the contract/order does not become a personal<br />

services contract/order as described in reference (b) through your actions or the actions of other government<br />

personnel. You must notify me of any noted technical deficiencies or deviations not specifically approved by me. I<br />

may seek your technical advice from time to time, especially concerning the technical qualifications of contractor<br />

key personnel. The contractor will furnish you a copy of the invoices and backup for your review and retention<br />

(may be sent via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF)); discrepancies should be brought to my attention promptly. Pay<br />

particular attention to the timely review of invoices. I will notify the contractor that you are the COR for this<br />

contract/order. You should have access to a copy of the contract and all modifications and be familiar with such
