(e) To protect any such proprietary information from disclosure or use, and to establish the respective rights and<br />

duties of both the ISC and prime contractor, the prime contractor agrees to enter into a direct agreement with any<br />

ISC as the Government requires. A properly executed copy (per FAR 9.505-4) of the agreement will be provided to<br />

the Procuring Contracting Officer.<br />

5152.228-5001 LIABILITY INSURANCE (<strong>PEO</strong>-<strong>STRI</strong>) (SEP 2006)<br />

The following types of insurance are required in accordance with the clause entitled, FAR 52.228-5, “Insurance--<br />

Work on a Government Installation and shall be maintained in the minimum amounts shown:<br />

(a) Comprehensive General Liability: $200,000 per person and $500,000 per accident for bodily injury.<br />

(b) Automobile Insurance: $200,000 per person and $500,000 per accident for bodily injury and $500,000 per<br />

accident for property damage.<br />

(c) Standard Workman’s Compensation and Employer’s Liability Insurance (or, where maritime employment is<br />

involved, Longshoremen’s and Harbor Worker’s Compensation Insurance) in the minimum amount of $100,000.<br />

(d) Aircraft public and passenger liability: $200,000 per person and $500,000 per occurrence for bodily injury,<br />

other than passenger liability; $200,000 per occurrence for property damage. Passenger bodily injury liability<br />

limits of $200,000 per passenger, multiplied by the number of seats or number of passengers, whichever is greater.<br />

5152.232-5006 LIMITATION OF FUNDS - TIME AND MATERIAL AND LABOR-HOUR CONTRACTS<br />

(<strong>PEO</strong>-<strong>STRI</strong>) (SEP 2006)<br />

(a) The parties estimate that performance of this contract will not cost the Government more than the ceiling<br />

price specified in the Schedule or on the individual Task Order. The contractor agrees to use its best effort to<br />

perform the work specified in the Schedule or Task Orders, and all obligations under this contract, within the<br />

ceiling price.<br />

(b) The Schedule or individual Task Orders specify the amounts presently available for payment by the<br />

Government and allotted to the contract or individual Task Orders, the items covered, and the period of<br />

performance it is estimated the allotted amounts will cover. The parties contemplate that the Government will<br />

allot additional funds incrementally to the contract or individual Task Orders up to the full ceiling price. The<br />

contractor agrees to perform, or have performed, work on the contract up to the point at which the total amount<br />

paid and payable by the Government under the contract and individual Task Orders approximates, but does not<br />

exceed, the total amount actually allotted by the Government to the contract.<br />

(c) The contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer in writing whenever it has reason to believe that the costs<br />

it expects to incur under the contract or an individual Task Order in the next sixty (60) days, when added to all<br />

costs previously incurred, will exceed seventy-five (75%) percent of the total amount so far allotted to the contract<br />

or Task Order by the Government. The notice shall state the estimated amount of additional funds required to<br />

continue performance for the period specified in the Schedule or Task Order.<br />

(d) Sixty (60) days before the end of the period specified in the Schedule or individual Task Order, the<br />

contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer in writing of the estimated amount of additional funds, if any,
