Koler Angling Society<br />
Koler Angling Society controls a number of waters in the district<br />
of Markbygden. Bänkerträsket north of the village Koler is the<br />
biggest lake in Markbygden. Gäddtjärn and Larssonstjärnarna<br />
also controlled by the angling society as well as good portion of<br />
Lillpite River.<br />
Juniors under 15 years of age are not required to pay fishing<br />
licence provided that they are accompanied by a parent/guardian.<br />
Fishing licence is required for the parent/guardian; the fish<br />
quota of a single licence applies to the junior and the parent/<br />
guardian.<br />
Larssonstjärnarna, Gäddtjärnen: Maximum of 4 fishes per day<br />
and fishing licence, handheld tackle only. No fishing from boats,<br />
rafts, canoes or floating tubes. Clo<strong>se</strong>d <strong>se</strong>ason applies.<br />
Lyckoträsket, Bänkerträsket: Net fishing, maximum of 5 nets<br />
per day. No fishing licence required for handheld tackle in waters<br />
controlled by the angling society. However, plea<strong>se</strong> note that<br />
Sveafiskekortet (fishing licence) applies to the major part of<br />
Bänkerträsket.<br />
Lillpiteälven: No fishing licence required.<br />
Larssonstjärnarna: Trout, char.<br />
Gäddtjärnen: Rainbow trout.<br />
Lyckoträsket: Pike, perch, common whitefish, roach, burbot.<br />
Bänkerträsket: Pike, perch, burbot, common whitefish.<br />
Lillpiteälven: Trout, grayling, pike, perch.<br />
