Laxtjärnen is located near Brattknabben, about 12 kilometres
northwest of the village Lillpite. The south side of the lake has
been cleared of bankside growth.
Laxtjärnen: Only handheld tackle. Maximum of 3 fishes per day
and one tackle per fishing licence for game fish, other species no
limit. Juniors under 12 years of age are not required to pay fishing
licence provided that they are accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Fishing licence is required for the parent/guardian; the fish
quota of a single licence applies to the junior and the parent/
guardian. No fishing from boats, rafts, canoes or floating tubes.
Closed season applies.
Laxtjärnen: Perch, trout, rainbow trout, char, grayling.
Laxtjärnen: Footbridges on parts of the south side of the lake.
Old dirt road on the north side. Large car park. Fireplace, wind
shelters, toilette.
