Herb Vinaigrette<br />

Add all ingredients into the HealthMaster. Secure<br />

the lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on<br />

the machine. Increase the speed to 4 until blended.<br />

Toss with arugula or your favorite greens.<br />

Note: Use the tamper as needed to assist in the<br />

blending process.<br />

Ingredients<br />

1/4 bunch chives<br />

1/4 bunch basil<br />

1/4 bunch cilantro<br />

2 garlic cloves<br />

1 shallot<br />

2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard<br />

1 cup red wine vinegar<br />

3 cups olive oil<br />

optional: salt & pepper<br />

to taste<br />

Balsamic Vinaigrette<br />

Add all ingredients into the HealthMaster. Secure<br />

the lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on<br />

the machine. Increase the speed to 4 until blended.<br />

Toss with your favorite greens.<br />

Wild Rice Salad<br />

Place half the cabbage in the HealthMaster and pulse<br />

until chopped coarse then remove. Repeat process<br />

with the other half then remove. Place the bell<br />

pepper, broccoli, carrots, parsley and cilantro into the<br />

pitcher and pulse to chop coarse. Transfer to a bowl,<br />

and add lemon juice, canola oil, sesame oil, sea salt<br />

and rice. Mix all ingredients well, and let sit for 1<br />

hour or more before serving to let flavors meld.<br />

Add all ingredients into the HealthMaster. Secure<br />

the lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on<br />

the machine. Increase the speed to 4 until blended.<br />

Ingredients<br />

1 cup low-fat yogurt<br />

1/2 cup low-fat<br />

cottage cheese<br />

2 cups blue cheese,<br />

crumbled<br />

1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise<br />

1/4 cup non-fat sour cream<br />

1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard<br />

Low-Fat Blue Cheese Dressing<br />

Pepper Slaw<br />

Add first three ingredients into the HealthMaster.<br />

Secure the lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low).<br />

Turn on the machine. Increase the speed to 4 until<br />

blended. Turn machine off and remove lid. Add nuts<br />

and secure the lid. Continue to blend until creamy.<br />

Serve with shredded cabbage, fresh bean sprouts and<br />

sliced button mushrooms.<br />

1 whole red peppers, seeded<br />

1/2 cup cashew (unsalted)<br />

tamper to help chop all ingredients. Serve as a dip<br />

or as an ac<strong>com</strong>paniment.<br />

12 tomatillos<br />

5 scallions, cut in half<br />

2 garlic cloves<br />

1 lime, juiced<br />

1 tbsp. olive oil<br />

1/2 bunch cilantro leaves<br />

1garlic clove, peeled<br />

1/2 Serrano pepper<br />

1 tsp. ground cumin<br />

pinch of cayenne pepper<br />

optional: salt to taste<br />

Guacamole<br />

Add the first four ingredients into the HealthMaster.<br />

Secure the lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn<br />

on the machine. Increase the speed to 5 until blended.<br />

Turn the machine off, remove cap, add onion and<br />

tomato. Pulse until chopped. Use the tamper to help<br />

chop all ingredients. Serve with baked chips.<br />

Almond Butter<br />

Add all ingredients into the HealthMaster. Secure the<br />

lid. Turn the speed control to 8 (high). Pulse. Use the<br />

tamper to help chop nuts. Blend until creamy.<br />

Optional: Serve on whole grain bread with jelly.<br />

Ingredients<br />

3 cups raw almonds<br />

2 tbsp. canola oil<br />

Caution: Do not over process nut butters. Once<br />

the ingredients have processed and circulate freely,<br />

turn the power off. Do not continue to process for<br />

more than 1 minute. This can cause the motor to<br />

overheat due to the thickness of this mixture.<br />

Bean Puree<br />

In a pot on the stove add olive oil, onions and<br />

garlic. Cook until onions are translucent add beans,<br />

rosemary and sage simmer for 5 minutes. Remove<br />

from stove.<br />

the lid. Turn the speed control to 4. Pulse. Use the<br />

tamper to help chop all ingredients. Serve on grilled<br />

bread as an appetizer.<br />

* It is necessary to sauté onions, garlic, rosemary, sage on<br />

the stove top in order to infuse the flavors.<br />

Olive Tapanade<br />

Add all ingredients into the HealthMaster. Secure the<br />
