Dressing<br />

Add all ingredients into the HealthMaster. Secure the<br />

lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on the<br />

machine. Increase the speed to 4 until blended. Toss<br />

with your favorite greens.<br />

Note: Use the tamper as needed to assist in the<br />

blending process.<br />

Ingredients<br />

1 packet soft tofu<br />

8 tbsp. red wine vinegar<br />

1/4 cup soybean oil<br />

1 cup soy milk<br />

1/2 lime<br />

1/2 lemon<br />

1 garlic clove, peeled<br />

1/4 bunch parsley<br />

1/2 bunch chives<br />

1 tbsp. whole<br />

black peppercorns<br />

optional: 2 tsp. kosher salt<br />

Salad Dressing<br />

Rinse and drain lettuce, place in a salad bowl<br />

and set aside.<br />

Add all ingredients into the HealthMaster. Secure the<br />

lid. Turn the speed control to 1 (low). Turn on the<br />

machine. Increase the speed to 4 until blended. Toss<br />

dressing with lettuce. Serve with seasoned<br />

croutons. Top with Parmesan cheese.<br />

romaine lettuce, chopped<br />

in bite size pieces<br />

4 tbsp. canola oil<br />

1 egg yolk<br />

1 garlic clove, peeled<br />

1 tsp. fresh lemon juice<br />

3 anchovies<br />

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce<br />

1/4 tsp. Dijon Mustard<br />

pepper to taste<br />
