The large kitchen and adjoining dining and sun room has been designed for easy living, with full width sliding patio doors opening onto a sheltered patio where there is a table and set of garden chairs. The kitchen includes Neff hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and water softener. The sitting room with its large leather sofa and airchairs, is the place to watch TV, play a DVD or just listen to the radio or CD player. Outside the back door is a small garden laid to lawn with a few mature fruit trees along the boundary fence. There is ample parking on the front drive for 3 cars. Central heating, bed linen and towels are provided. Bring own beach towels.
