ESM Kompakt II range<br />

Screw compressors from this range are small compressed air stations. Because of the small<br />

dimensions these types of compressor are very good for installing in places where space is<br />

limited. With a low level of noise (66 db) and almost no vibrations, this compressor provides<br />

quality compressed air from 0.7 – 3.5 m3/min. With a new generation of screw and an MC2<br />

micro processing unit with integrated air drying and filtering system, this compressor is a very<br />

reliable producer of quality compressed air.<br />

Preparation of compressed air<br />

After compression the air goes in<strong>to</strong> a bottle. Before sending the compressed air <strong>to</strong> the installation it is fast cooled in a<br />

cooler with au<strong>to</strong>matic condensation drainer for removing water from the compressor. With two filters the air is cleaned of<br />

particles up <strong>to</strong> 0.01 microns. The compressed air prepared like this is convenient for all industrial processes. Dry and clean<br />

compressed air plays an important part in providing a longer working life for pneumatic <strong>to</strong>ols.<br />

Micro processing unit MC2<br />

This component of the compressor controls the operation of all units of the screw compressor, and all the parameters<br />

of the working process. The unit prevents possible overheating of the screw pair when working in extreme temperatures<br />

outside of the working area. On the LCD display of the MC2 unit there 4 rows display all working parameters and all service<br />

activities <strong>to</strong> be undertaken. In the case of a problem arising during compressor operation this unit au<strong>to</strong>matically s<strong>to</strong>ps the<br />

power. With this MC2 unit its possible <strong>to</strong> <strong>change</strong> the working parameters shuts down the power <strong>to</strong> the compressor and can<br />

also adjust it <strong>to</strong> needs of the working process.<br />
