Dryers for compressed air
Dryers are designed to provide dry compressed air in various amounts depending
on the type of the dryer.
• hermetically sealed compressor for cooling maintenance free
• electronic control of the work with LCD display for condensation temperature
• Three-phase temperature exchanger
• Automatic condensation drainer
• Indicator of cooling gas level
Air filters
Filtration of compressed air of dust can be done by set of filters with cartridges.
With these types of filters we can achieve filtration from 3 to 0.01 microns. With
a special model of carbon filters we can achieve 99.99% clean compressed air
without oil.
AQF filters are used as primary filters. They can be mounted on the installation
after the compressor. This type of filter can make filtration of compressed air
up to 3 microns, and is corrosion resistant and operates at high temperatures.
For final filtration of compressed air we need AHF filters. With this type of
filter we can make filtration up to 0.01 micron and the compressed air after
this treatment is ready for all processes. Filters with active carbon have ACF
declarations and with them totally clean compressed air for all type of processes
is produced.
