Anthem for “King Of The Cage” on Pay Per View, and a live<br />
performance of “Barracuda” with her Heart tribute band “Dog<br />
‘N’ Butterfly” on the KTLA Morning News! Her impressive repertoire<br />
of vocal impressions include Judy Garland, Ann Wilson<br />
[of Heart], Stevie Nicks, Barbara Streisand, Pat Benatar, Marilyn<br />
Monroe, Nora Jones, Cher, Cyndi Lauper, Celine Dion, &<br />
Sheryl Crow, just to name a few! Not just an impressionist,<br />
her diverse vocal ability & extensive library of material covers<br />
almost every genre including: Rock, Jazz, Pop, Country, Classical,<br />
R&B, and even opera!<br />
A “triple threat”, Lizann has had extensive dance training<br />
under dance master Miles Marsden, & ballroom pro Buddy<br />
Schwimmer [Father & coach of Lacy Schwimmer of “Dancing<br />
With The Stars” fame]. Plus acting experience in both live productions<br />
and film, studying under award winning director and<br />
acting coach Bruce Hickey, who coached many notable actors<br />
including Dennis Franz, Bobby Pastorelli, Joe Mantegna and<br />
Diane Ladd.<br />
And Lizann is a songwriter too! Her latest project called “Eliza”<br />
[derived from her full name “Elizabeth Ann”] is an all-original<br />
music project featuring songs Lizann wrote completely herself.<br />
It’s a total departure from her sound-a-like work, and that is<br />
why she wanted to go by a special name for this special project.<br />
The music is fresh & catchy. An eclectic mix of Electronica<br />
& Pop…and the songs not only feature her voice but also her<br />
own performances on keyboards. Every note & melody created,<br />
performed, & recorded by “Eliza” herself! She is currently<br />
recording her debut album titled “Anything Can Happen” which<br />
she hopes to have completed by the end of 2014. But even<br />
though her album is not yet finished, her songs are already<br />
getting airplay around the globe on numerous radio stations,<br />
including InterFM in Tokyo Japan!<br />

Middle Ridge Winery Debuts Inaugural Artist Series Label<br />
Featuring Idyllwild’s First Permanent Public Art Exhibit<br />
On Saturday, June <strong>21</strong>st, from 3:00-5:00 pm, the Art Alliance of of Idyllwild<br />
will host an open-to-the-public wine release party and fundraiser at at<br />
the Idyllwild Area Historical Society, located at at 54470 N. Circle Drive,<br />
Idyllwild, CA 92549. Sponsored by Middle Ridge Winery, the festivities<br />
honor the artists of of the AAI’s Deer Sightings sculptures, Idyllwild’s first<br />
permanent public art exhibit, with the official unveiling of of the winery’s<br />
inaugural Artist Series wine labels.<br />
Middle Ridge will be offering a ten percent discount on take-home<br />
bottle purchases at at the event, and a portion of of the sale of of every bottle<br />
of of Idyllwild Deer Sightings wine will be donated to to the Art Alliance.<br />
“Idyllwild Deer Sightings demonstrates the undeniable talent of of our<br />
local artists. It’s a visual gift to to the community, and it it is is my hope<br />
that the Artist Series wine label will help increase awareness of of the<br />
project and encourage people to to visit our beautiful mile-high mountain<br />
community,” said Shana Robb, volunteer chair of of the Deer Sightings<br />
project. “The wine release event is is a way to to show the artists our<br />
appreciation and thank them for being a part of of history in in Idyllwild. It’s<br />
also a wonderful way to to enjoy great wine and support art at at the same<br />
time.”<br />
Idyllwild Deer Sightings features twenty-two life-size deer, painted by<br />
local artists, which commemorate the art, history, and culture of of the<br />
town. Six of of the deer were selected for Middle Ridge’s inaugural Artist<br />
Series, with each deer showcased on its own label.<br />
“With twenty-two deer and an extremely talented group of of artists,<br />
determining which deer to to feature was very difficult,” said Melody<br />
Johnston, who started Middle Ridge Winery along with her husband<br />
and winemaker Chris. “The selection committee looked at at several<br />
criteria – composition and design, creativity and originality, historical<br />
and cultural significance, visual impact for label design, and<br />
appropriate fit fit for inclusion in in a collector’s series.”<br />
Guests will be able to to stroll through the Idyllwild Area Historical<br />
Society’s gardens, home to to five of of the twenty-two deer. The Historical<br />
Society also carries the maps showing the locations of of the painted<br />
deer, and visitors are encouraged to to pick one up for self-guided tours.<br />
Live music will be provided and refreshments will be served. Tickets<br />
cost $25.00 and are discounted for members of of the Art Alliance,<br />
