• Number of relatives/visitors interviewed <strong>and</strong><br />
summary of their views on the quality of care<br />
• Number of staff interviewed <strong>and</strong> summary of their<br />
comments on the st<strong>and</strong>ard of care provided in the<br />
home<br />
Monthly monitoring – specifics<br />
• The number of accidents/incidents or other<br />
untoward events, as detailed under <strong>Regulation</strong> 30<br />
which occurred during the month<br />
• Key findings from looking at the records of<br />
events <strong>and</strong> complaints<br />
• Condition of the environment <strong>and</strong> detail any action to be<br />
taken<br />
• Any identified health <strong>and</strong> safety risk are eliminated<br />
• Comment on the fabric, furnishings <strong>and</strong> decor<br />
