All suspected, alleged or actual incidents of
abuse are reported to the relevant persons
and agencies in accordance with procedures
and legislation.
Accidents / incidents/complaints
records show evidence, where
applicable, of alleged or actual abuse
and action taken in regard to timely
reporting.
Examination of records of alleged
abuse held in the home shows
evidence of prompt reporting to;
Trust designated officer or „out of
hours‟ social worker (as
appropriate) including dates/time
resident representative ( if
appropriate)
Care manager /social worker.

Professional body.
