RSC Anderlecht will clear the necessary frequencies with the responsible authorities free of charge. 2.8 PUBLIC ADDRESS (PA) SYSTEM • The PA system installed in the stadium is connected to the back-up power in case of a main power failure; • The PA system can be taken over by the police commander in case of an emergency; • During the time spectators are in the stadium, the stadium speaker is located nearby the players' tunnel to communicate all necessary messages. 2.9 SCOREBOARDS, VIDEOBOARDS AND INTERNAL STADIUM TV CHANNEL • Two LED Score Boards are available to inform the public on the score, timing, and match facts. These boards can only show video (audiovisuals) in an adapted size and form (approx. 7m x 1,5m); • An internal TV circuit is installed in the VIP zones only. Spectators in the stands are unable to see anything shown on these screens. 2.10 TELEVISION SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM The Constant Vanden Stock Stadium has 29 cameras installed in a closed-circuit television system. 5 of these cameras are installed inside the stadium, 24 are installed outside the stadium.
