Please check http://www.rsca.be/uefa for all documents and latest updates. 6 MEDIA FACILITIES 6.1 MEDIA WORKING AREA • The club is installing a new media working room / press conference room for the 2012-2013 season. This room is located in the main tribune, floor -1, and has direct access to the media tribune; • All desks have the necessary connections. Wi-Fi and wired internet are available; • The media working area is equipped with a bar and with separate toilets for women, men and disabled persons. 6.2 MEDIA SEATING (MEDIA TRIBUNE) • Part of the renovation works at the stadium for the 2012-2013 season is the installation of a completely new media tribune in the lower tier of the main stands, next to the left handed 16m line; • The media tribune consists of 112 press seats equipped with a desk and the necessary connections. Wi-Fi and wired internet are available. 6.3 PRESS CONFERENCE ROOM • The club is installing a new media working room / press conference room for the 2012-2013 season. This room is located in the main tribune, floor -1, and has direct access to the media tribune; • 86 pre-installed seats are available for the journalists. A dedicated camera platform (6m) is installed and all necessary connections (split box) are available. 6.4 MIXED ZONE The mixed zone is located in the main tribune between the dressing rooms and the parking of the teams' coaches. Sufficient lighting is installed and the necessary barriers are put in place immediately after the match has ended. The mixed zone is guarded at all time. 6.5 PHOTOGRAPHERS' WORKING AREA AND MATCH POSITIONS • A fully equipped working area for photographers is available in the main tribune (corner T1/T2); • Hi-speed Wi-Fi is available all around the pitch for photographers to upload their pictures immediately. page 20
Please check http://www.rsca.be/uefa for all documents and latest updates. 6.6 INTERNET CONNECTIVITY RSC Anderlecht has in-house Gbit lines and servers available both for upload and download (separate lines). Secured wired and wireless internet is available all over the stadium. Logins and passwords are communicated in the different media areas and in the related documentation. 6.7 CAMERA STORAGE FOR NON-RIGHTS-HOLDING BROADCASTERS Non-rights-holding broadcaster cameras will be stored at the media entrance to the stadium. This area is secured at all times. 6.8 MEDIA HOSPITALITY Hospitality is foreseen in the media working room. page 21
