Please check http://www.rsca.be/uefa for all documents and latest updates. • Beauty-shot camera (E) One beauty-shot camera is available under the roof at the corner of the main tribune and tribune 2. This is not an HD camera, but one can be installed on the same mount. • Bench camera (F) At the left hand side of the home team players' bench and at the right hand side of the visiting club players' bench there is limited space available for one portable camera each. • High behind-goal cameras (G1, G2) There is one camera platform installed in the upper tier of Tribune 4 (left hand side of the main stands). Camera G2 (Tribune 2) is not available due to the safety glass obstructing the view. • Reverse-angle cameras (H1, H2, H3, H4, H5) Two mounts are installed on top of the LED Boards to fix two reverse-angle cameras. Local authorities don't allow any reverse-angle cameras installed in the stands for security reasons. • Mini-cameras (J1, J2) A mini-camera can be installed behind each goal, fixed on the poles of the nets installed behind the goals. • Tunnel camera (K) The space inside the players' tunnel is very limited, but can host one portable camera, or one fixed mini-camera on a bar. • Crane cameras (L1, L2) Due to the limited space between the pitch and the stands, it is preferable not to use any crane cameras. • Six-metre cameras (M1, M2) The use of a six-metre camera is not foreseen. • Rail cameras (N1, N2) The use of a rail camera on the opposite side of the main cameras is not possible, due to the limited space and the possible security risk it could cause (it would obstruct an emergency evacuation route). The use of a rail camera on the side of the main cameras would only be available with special permission by UEFA as the remaining space between the touchline and the camera would be extremely limited. • Steadicams (O1, O2) The use of steadicams would not cause a problem. The camera used for the match coverage would preferably be installed on the left hand side of the main stands to avoid interfering with the players warming up or with the assistant referee. • Hot-head cameras (P1, P2) These cameras can be mounted on the LED boards. page 16
Please check http://www.rsca.be/uefa for all documents and latest updates. • Twenty-metre cameras (Q1, Q2) Both positions are foreseen. • Aerial camera system (R) The use of such camera is not foreseen. 5.3 COMMENTARY POSITIONS • Commentary positions are available in the central part of the upper tier of the main stands, in front of the main camera platform; • Each position has three seats and standard power, phone/isdn/asdl and internet connections. Extra connections will be installed on request (match-by-match basis); • Extra commentary positions can be installed. 5.4 PITCH REPORTER POSITIONS Pitch reporter positions are available approx. 5 metres next to each of the players' benches and behind the right hand goal. 5.5 BROADCAST STUDIOS • Two indoor studios with pre-installed cable access routes can be made available, one of these does not fully meet the required size; • One indoor pitch view studio is available on ground level (opposite side of the main stands). 5.6 INTERVIEW AREAS • Up to 8 (with 4 back-to-back) flash interview positions can be installed in a separate part of the main entrance hall next to the players' tunnel. Direct access is available to the commentary positions; • The super flash interview area is located at the side of the pitch next to the players' benches (central part); • A VIP interview position can be created in the main tribune (floor 1 or floor 2). page 17
