confidence. The course will teach you the proper way of<br />
using your makeup tools, as well as essential skincare and<br />
cleansing. It will also address skincare problems that are<br />
common amongst Asians, and inform participants about<br />
treatment and maintenance of flawless skin.<br />

The Art Of Creating Stunning<br />
Eye Makeup And Eyebrows<br />
WHILE there are unlimited ways of applying eye shadow,<br />
there are a few simple methods that you can use to create<br />
a stunning result. In this workshop, you will learn how to<br />
colour coordinate your eye shadow, and blend up to 4<br />
shades of eye shadow. You will also learn how to select and<br />
attach false lashes, and how to enhance the shape of your<br />
eyebrows.<br />

RULES & REGULATIONS<br />
1. ELIGIBILITY<br />
All current <strong>Civil</strong> <strong>Service</strong> <strong>Club</strong> Members (all category’s) are eligible to<br />
participate in this tournament.<br />
2. QUALIFYING<br />
2.1 The qualifying scores will be based on 4 games total with<br />
adjustment for handicap if applicable.<br />
2.2 When a tie is registered in the qualifying games, the difference<br />
between the high and low game in the 4 games series will be<br />
the tie breaker. The bowler with the lower high-low game<br />
difference will win the tie breaker.<br />
2.3 Qualifying Period :<br />
1 st Sepember 2010 to 30 th November 2010.<br />
3. HANDICAPS : Qualifying and Finals Event<br />
3.1 ALL Ladies : 15 pins handicap<br />
3.2 YOUTH (below aged 21) : 15 pins handicap<br />
3.3 SENIORS (50 and above) : 10 pins handicap<br />
4. FINALISTS<br />
4.1 The TOP 30 qualifying scorers inclusive of handicaps will<br />
compete in the Finals. Reserves will be activated to fill in if necessary.<br />
4.2 All Finalists will play 8 games scratch.<br />
4.3 In the event of a tie in the Finals, the difference between the high and<br />
low game in the 8 games series will be the tie breaker.The bowler with the<br />
lower high-low game difference will win the tie breaker.<br />

VERIFICATION OF SCORES<br />
It is the bowler’s responsibility to ensure that the correct score for<br />
each game bowled is recorded in the official score sheet.<br />
BOWLERS ATTIRE<br />
All bowlers are to be properly attired. Men must wear long pants<br />
or slack an T-shirts with or without collars. No sleeveless shirts,<br />
singlets or Bermudas are allowed. Ladies may wear skirts, pants<br />
and slacks or dress shorts. If bowlers do not comply, they will not<br />
be allowed to bowl and a blind score will be given.<br />
INTERRUPTED GAMES(S)<br />
In the event of equipment failure on the lanes, an interrupted<br />
game and series will played on another pair of assigned lanes.<br />
Such interrupted game and series must resume from the point of<br />
interruption.<br />
In the event of the score of any game is lost/erased and cannot<br />
be recalled and/or traced due to power or equipment failure, the<br />
bowler concerned will be required to re-bowl a new game when<br />
the power supply resumes or equipment is repaired. However, all<br />
scores of completed games that have been recorded in the official<br />
score sheet shall remain unchanged.<br />
INTERPRETATION CLAUSE<br />
Any matters arising that are not covered in these Rules and<br />
Regulations, will be decided upon by the Organising Committee.<br />
The decision of the Organising Committee shall be final.<br />

Video Making Courses<br />
Basic Video Making<br />
LEARN how to make videos from your<br />
holiday pictures and video-clips, all with<br />
the accompaniment of your own music<br />
choice. With the use of a user-friendly<br />
program called Memories-on-TV, now<br />
you can make your own holiday video!<br />
Memories-on-TV is a shareware program<br />
that will display a watermark on your<br />
videos until you buy a license for it.<br />
Participants should bring their own laptop to benefit more from<br />
the demonstration.<br />

Creative Video Making<br />
LEARN how to use the features of Memories-on-TV creatively<br />
and astound your audience with a smart video display of your<br />
holiday pictures, wedding montages, baby’s first month<br />
celebration, and more! This course is for those who have<br />
completed the Basic Video Making course and wish to<br />
learn more features. The course will include tips on how<br />
to record music and trim music using a freeware program<br />
called Audacity, how to download videos from YouTube, as<br />
well as enhanced backgrounds in your videos. Participants<br />
should bring their own laptop to benefit more from the<br />
demonstration.<br />
