Distributing reports
There are several ways to share information within Cognos. Reports can be placed within folders that you
have access to or emailed.
Emailing a Report
A convenient way to share reports is to email reports from Cognos. Cognos data can be emailed to
yourself or others. There are several ways to distribute reports via email.
To email a report (self):

1. Go to the desired report that you would like to email and choose the Run with Options icon .
2. Click the Send me the report by email check box.
3. Click Run to email a report to your CWID account.
