Wenn nicht jetzt, wann dann?, fragte
sich der 2009 damals 22-jährige
Jens Mahler und wagte mit der
Übernahme des Mexxx den Schritt
in die Selbständigkeit. Heute ist daraus
ein angesagter Treffpunkt für
schwule Männer geworden, Gabis
gelegentlich inklusive. Sieben Tage
die Woche ab halb neun wird hier
geschwoft und gefeiert, samstags
mit DJs aus der Region. Ein Mal im
Monat gibt es eine Mottoparty mit
aufwändiger Deko. So wird am 31.
Oktober die Nacht im Zeichen der
Vampire stehen. Aber auch bei
„Dschungelfieber“, „Nacht der Diven“
oder „Alcatraz“ lassen viele
Gäste es sich nicht nehmen, im entsprechenden
Outfit zu erscheinen.

wondered in 2009; the then 22-
year-old ventured the step towards
independence with the acquisition
of the Mexxx. Today it is a trendy
meeting place for gay men and
occasionally fag-hags too. Seven
days a week, from half past nine one
can be merry and celebrate here; on
Saturday with DJs from throughout
the region. Once a month, there is a
theme party with elaborate decorations.
Thus, on the 31 October a
night of ghost and ghouls will take
place. As well “Jungle Fever“ “Night
of the Divas“ or “Alcatraz“ will motivate
many guests to appear in the
appropriate costumes. Throw something
together and join in.
