7. Only bring water into the workout<br />

How would you describe Fight<br />
and Fitness Factory’s membership<br />
profile?<br />
EZ: Serious fitness addicts, we are<br />
not here for socializing or pampering.<br />
We take male and female members,<br />
from 5 through 85 and take our<br />
junior members very seriously, with<br />
specially prepared classes for those<br />
age groups. Our current membership<br />
ratio would be around 55% male to 45<br />
% female with the majority between<br />
18 – 35 years.<br />
What classes do you offer and how<br />
do you structure your fees?<br />
EZ: We offer more than 14 different<br />
types of classes such as MMA, Muay<br />
Thai, Combatives/Self Defence,<br />
Boxercise, different cross-training/<br />
cardio classes as well as Zumba,<br />
Pilates and Spinning just to name a<br />
few. Our general packages consist<br />
of 11, 22 and 33 entries, each one<br />
allowing full day access to any of the<br />
scheduled classes/activities. We also<br />
have an Early Bird membership for<br />
those who work-out in the morning<br />
or early afternoon only, as well as<br />
special packages for juniors and kids.<br />
In a nutshell, we have something<br />
for everyone! The programme mix<br />
changes daily, details can be obtained<br />
by giving us a quick call or via our<br />
group on Facebook: F3Egypt.<br />
Do you think a local organisation<br />
like UFC (Ultimate Fighting<br />
Championship), could be set up<br />
here?<br />
EZ: Definitely. We are looking into<br />
starting a championship league for<br />
both men and women.<br />
Is there much potential for Egyptian<br />
players to get into the global<br />
competition scene?<br />
