A BPI project has been undertaken<br />
accompanied by the implementation of an<br />
action plan to tackle this issue. A refined<br />
process has been agreed and this is to be<br />
roll-out to relevant officers in mid-<br />
October. This will enable monthly<br />
performance monitoring against the new<br />
way of working. Some immediate<br />
changes are being implemented with<br />
immediate effect for example, gaining<br />
early access to properties to assess work<br />
required; arranging early viewings of<br />
properties by potential residents; actions<br />
plans to be developed for each new void<br />
with frequent progress and monitoring<br />
