The Profi Cut 704 EZ/4 is a<br />
combination machine version<br />
including a powerful electric motor<br />
connected to the driving gear<br />
by means of two extra large V-<br />
belts. For safer and troublefree<br />
maintenance, all sub-groups and<br />
components are located in very<br />
easy accessible positions.<br />
Both models PC 704 Z/4 and PC<br />
704 EZ/4 are standard equipped<br />
with integrated, telescopic<br />
transfer belt. The 2-strokes belt<br />
is operated by a crank-lever<br />
system ensuring maximum<br />
operator’s comfort.<br />

The cradle-shaped timber carriage<br />
on the saw is sliding on<br />
rails mounted on ball bearings<br />
for smooth, effortless operation.<br />
The machine is equipped with a<br />
700 mm blade so that a max. log<br />
Ø of 270 mm can be successfully<br />
cut.<br />
The cutting length is adjustable<br />
from 25 to 50 cm by means of<br />
a special sliding stop (square<br />
tube) that can be moved to any<br />
position and fastened by means<br />
of a practical spring pin.<br />
The blade hood is hinged on the<br />
frame so that it can be conveniently<br />
and quickly lifted up for<br />
maintenance or blade change<br />
