An improved effort last week by both teams
against Glenorchy where our boys showed
commitment and endeavour.
Our Club raffle was drawn on the big screen
for the first time. The prize was claimed by
Ken and Anne Speers with ticket No.825. It
is proposed to conduct the big screen draw at
home games.
Today’s senior game is so important to
both teams at this time and a win by the
Northern Bombers will come if they show the
commitment and endeavour from last week,
for four quarters.
Today is our Northonian bus trip and we
welcome the Northonians who have travelled
to West Park to support our teams. The
Northonians have an annual trip each year to
a different away venue.
Membership fees are now due. Our new
Membership cards have been warmly received
and if you are a financial member and have
not received your card, please contact the Club
office on 63342359.
The Club continues to conduct Bingo at the
Country Club Tasmania each Wednesday with
eyes down at 10.30am and a free promotional
game of $1000 played and won also. Why not
come along and join Tasma, Bev, Betty and
Rob for a fun day of playing Bingo.
