teaching strategy development, and test<br />

enhancement of information or clinical<br />

opportunities that are not recognized by<br />

the educator. Student evaluations can be<br />

used to improve the course<br />

Peer evaluations can be helpful; however,<br />

they can also cause conflict among<br />

faculty members. The educator should<br />

have specific guidelines designated<br />

for the evaluation, and the date of the<br />

didactic evaluation should be decided by<br />

both faculty members<br />
