Coastal subdivision review
A consultation document is available on the
WDC regulatory services manager John
signalling any change in terms of the
current rules, but rather ge[tting interested
people to talk about what they see as
the issues around subdivision so we can
absorb the information, get the feedback
and then draft a position for council to look
at.
“It’s the first consultation about
subdivisions we’ve had in some years.”
