<strong>Kech</strong> district is one of the largest districts of the province and has the second largest population after<br />
Quetta, capital city of <strong>Balochistan</strong>. The district is spread on the area of 22,539 square kilometers. The<br />
district is comprised of four tehsils, Turbat, Buleda, Dasht and Tump. The population of the district is<br />
scattered and emergency equipments for swift and timely response as the machinery and equipments<br />
presently available in the district is either mostly not in working conditions or not enough to respond<br />
