Preparation<br />
In a preheated fry-pan we put the medallions seasoned to taste and<br />
sealed for three minutes on each side (average), we take out the<br />
medallions and in the same fry-pan, we deglaze with the broth to<br />
get the meat juice, then we incorporate the blue cheese, the cream<br />
cheese and the parmesan cream and let it melt.<br />
In another fry-pan we sauté for three minutes the seasoned julienne<br />
vegetables and keep it warm, then we serve the medallions dipped<br />
in sauce and served with the sautéed vegetables.<br />
