St Paul’s Collegiate
Foundation Limited
The Foundation was established in 2004 as
the key fundraising arm for St Paul’s Collegiate
School. It is wholly owned by the Trust Board
of the School but encouraged to operate
“independently” in its fundraising activities. It is
considered important when fundraising that
donors are provided with a high level of comfort
that a proportion of their donated funds will be
allocated to capital enhancement while some will
be spent on immediate projects / scholarships.
In recognising the desire to meet these needs
and establish and grow a long term capital fund
the Foundation category allocations have been
adopted as follows:
• Management and administration
• Capital growth
• Grants, scholarships and special projects.
The Foundation continues to provide
scholarships and has made considerable
contributions towards significant projects
undertaken by the School. Such projects include
upgrading of the Tihoi accommodation, the
provision of a High Ropes Challenge Course and
fleet vehicles at Tihoi.
Members of the School community can
contribute to the School’s ongoing development
by making donations each year through an
annual giving programme, endowment fund or
through bequests.
The St Paul’s Collegiate
School Association Inc
(The Parents’ Association)
The St Paul’s Collegiate School Parents’
Association provides a forum that gives parents
the opportunity to participate in and contribute
to a wide range of school related activities.
The committee of the Association is elected
at the Annual General Meeting usually held in
March, and meets monthly. The Association
aims to foster and promote the welfare of
the School, and to co-operate with the Board,
the Headmaster, the Old Collegians and any
other group working towards these ends. A
compulsory fee is charged to all parents on a
per term basis, with other School fees.
The Parents’ Association activities are diverse,
and include raising funds to help the School,
organising social functions, and the undertaking
of numerous responsibilities to further enhance
the success of the School and foster unity
between staff, parents and students. Much of
this work is carried out at sub-committee level
and involves parents who may not necessarily be
members of the Parents’ Association Committee.
A list of current committee members is located
on the website www.stpauls.school.nz
For further information contact the Parents’
Association by emailing
The Association is an independent organisation
administered by a committee of Old Collegians
which is elected on an annual basis, and has an
