FEES – NEW ZEALAND
RESIDENTS
The payment of fees for the provision of
educational services provided by St Paul’s
Collegiate School is bound by a contractual
Declaration and Agreement.
Regulations Covering Fees
1. Fees shall be fixed by the Waikato Anglican
College Trust (WACT) Board of Trustees
from time to time (with or without prior
notice).
2. A current fee schedule is published and
available from the Business Manager. In
October / November a Schedule of Fees for
the ensuing year is posted to every parent/
guardian intending to send their child to St
Paul’s Collegiate School.
3. Fees are payable prior to the
commencement of the term to which they
apply.
4. Fees and disbursements are payable within 20
days of the date of the account.
5. All fees and other moneys not paid by the
due date shall bear interest at a rate fixed
from time to time by the WACT Board of
Trustees.
6. No fee is refundable where a student does
not start or does not complete a full term.
7. Where any fees remain unpaid and no
arrangement has been agreed with the
Business Manager as to their payment, then
the WACT Board of Trustees will require the
immediate removal of the student from the
school.
Notice of Withdrawal
1. One full term’s notice of withdrawal must be
given in writing to the Headmaster.
2. Verbal notice of withdrawal will not be
accepted.
3. The notice required must be given not later
than the beginning of the term at the end of
which a student is to leave. In the event that
such notice is not given by the date required,
the following term’s fees shall be payable.
4. The question of a student’s withdrawal should
always be a matter for consultation between
the Headmaster and the parents/guardians.
5. Where the student is required to leave the
school under the Rules and Conventions,
Standards of Conduct clause, described in the
School Handbook, the full fee for the term will
remain payable with no refund given.
6. Withdrawal of a student from a boarding
position requires the same period of notice of
withdrawal.
Payment Options
Direct Debit (Preferred method of payment)
The amount owing on an account can be paid
as the amount falls due or spread in equal
payments in the same manner as Automatic
Payments below. The appropriate forms for the
Direct Debit option are available at the School
Administration Office.
Automatic Payment
An Automatic Payment can be made direct from
your bank account as follows:
10 equal monthly payments
20 equal fortnightly payments
40 equal weekly payments
Telephone and Internet Banking
Telephone and internet bank transfers may be
made directly into the School bank account.
Bank details are published in the Fee Schedule
and are as follows: BNZ, Hamilton North,
Account Number: 02 0320 0203376000.
If you choose any of the above options please
ensure that the student’s name and family
key code are included in the particulars given.
Please notify the Business Manager by email
that you have transmitted the money. This
is very important so as to ensure electronic
payments can be correctly credited to your
account.
