Domaine Paul Blanck represents an exemplary synthesis <strong>of</strong> history <strong>and</strong> tradition flawlessly combined with<br />

innovation. The net result <strong>of</strong> which in an invitingly diverse range <strong>of</strong> stylish <strong>and</strong> lively wines.<br />

The Blanck are Environment Conscious. The 36 hectares <strong>of</strong> the Domaine are farmed with traditional cupper <strong>and</strong><br />

sulphur treatment, <strong>and</strong> no fertilizer. All the vineyards are ploughed several times in the year. Indigene grass is<br />

growing to develop the biodiversity <strong>of</strong> the fauna.<br />

FBKW07 Domaine Paul Blanck Pinot Blanc D'Alsace 2009<br />

The wine has clean floral nose, dry <strong>and</strong> fleshy on the palate with a nice crisp finish.<br />

FBKW01 Domaine Paul Blanck Riesling 2009<br />

Clear, brilliant, white with pale green in color. Beautiful citrus fruits aromas, floral, honeysuckle, grapefruit. With<br />

lemony attack, fine <strong>and</strong> fresh, full mid-palate, citrus, green apples freshly cut. Long finish.<br />

FBKW02 Domaine Paul Blanck Gewürztraminer 2009<br />

Color in yellow <strong>and</strong> bright. Very typical, citrus: grapefruit, lemon, m<strong>and</strong>arin, passion fruit, honey. Floral, spicy <strong>and</strong><br />

peppery. First ample, fat then fresh in the final. Beautiful balance, nervous <strong>and</strong> exotic.<br />

FBKW08 Domaine Paul Blanck Pinot Gris 2009<br />

The colour is clear-yellow fresh, floral notes <strong>of</strong> apricot <strong>and</strong> fresh lemon, a frank attack apricot. There are also hints <strong>of</strong><br />

gingerbread <strong>and</strong> portobello , fully supported by the freshness <strong>of</strong> citrus. The finish reveals mineral notes lemony scent.<br />

FBKW09 Domaine Paul Blanck Rosenbourg Riesling 2008<br />

Pale yellow. Bright aromas <strong>of</strong> dusty stone, quinine <strong>and</strong> lime convey an impression <strong>of</strong> mineral austerity. Then dense <strong>and</strong><br />

dry in the mouth, with a saline quality <strong>and</strong> very good cut <strong>and</strong> lift to the citrus <strong>and</strong> powdered stone flavors.<br />

Fine colour, light golden yellow, between thatch-gold <strong>and</strong> straw-gold. The wine certainly has presence <strong>and</strong> good<br />

structure; elegance <strong>and</strong> spirit… affirmative <strong>and</strong> positive.<br />
