2005 <strong>Estimated</strong> <strong>Water</strong> <strong>Use</strong> <strong>Report</strong><br />

(1) Permit No. = Permit Number assigned to the permit by the District and remains the same for the life of the permit.<br />

(2) Rev. No. = Revision Number attached as a suffix to the permit number and increases by one each time the permit is renewed or<br />

modified.<br />

(3) Permittee Name is the permit owner and/or lease holder of the property associated with the permit<br />

(4) <strong>Use</strong> Code is a code assigned to the permit which designates the permit's primary need for water (i.e., Citrus production, Golf<br />

Course, etc.)<br />

(5) Withdrawal Source = Ground <strong>Water</strong>(G) or Surface <strong>Water</strong> (S)<br />

(6) 2005 Withdrawal, each permit's average daily withdrawal of water in million gallons per day in 2005<br />

(7) Total permit Quantity = Total amount of water permitted (may include one or more to the following categories: Agriculture,<br />

Recreational/Aesthetic, Public Supply, Industrial/Commercial, Mining/Dewatering)<br />

(8) <strong>Use</strong> Type Permit Quantity = Permitted amount for Industrial/Commercial water use only.<br />
