Titillating Toast in Oils
A toast of three martini glasses filled with
sumptuous nectars are painted using a
combination of mediums. Bring an 8x10 or
9x12 surface of your choice and your usual
painting supplies. Basecoat several layers of
white acrylic - sanding in between each coat.
Please NOTE the surface needs to be very,
very, very smooth in order to achieve the effect
needed. $10 materials fee, payable the

Here Kitty-Kitty in Oils
In the techniques of pen & ink and reverse
glass painting, a portrait of a gray kitten’s
head will be painted in oils. Bring an 8x10
frame with regular glass as well as your
usual painting supplies. A $10 materials fee
is payable the first week of class.

For Joy! Painted Koi! in Oils
An underwater view of three Koi fish barely
submerged in a blue-green pond of gently
moving water will be painted in oils. Bring
either a canvas, wood, or ceramic 12x16
surface, basecoated in dark blue acrylic as
well as your usual oil painting supplies. A
$15 materials fee is payable the first week
of this class.

Beginning Watercolor Painting
Designed for the beginning watercolorist.
Be prepared for a MESS OF FUN! Create
an impression of a deep wine ‘marble’ background,
utilizing a very unique process, with
an overlay ‘wash’ of transparent white. When
dry, cascading white daisies are painted to
complete the project painted on 140-lb. watercolor
paper. All paper, paint, patterns, and
brushes are provided for the $15 supply fee,
payable first night. Also please bring an old

This class is for YOU! Think you can’t create?
This class is for YOU! Designed for beginning
artists who fear the blank white piece
of paper or intermediate artists who want to
loosen up and have some fun. Discuss color
& composition and plan to finish a painting
each week. We’ll be spraying acrylic inks,
applying tissue paper, using rubber stamps
and other texture techniques, gold leafing,
mono printing and finish up creating a collage.
$10 supply fee payable at first class.

Digital Photgraphy for the Fraidy Cat
Learn the basics of digital photography. We
will start with understanding what those
symbols on your camera mean. Explore how
to set your own film speed, aperture and
shutter speed. We will also learn when to use
a flash and explore taking shots, landscape
and portraits. In this class you will practice
and apply what you learned using your own

Drawing for the Fraidy Cat
Everyone can draw! If you have ever wanted
to learn how to draw or just want to refresh
yourself in drawing basics then this class
is for you. This class will focus on building
drawing skills through the use of line, value,
perspective, and composition. Students will
work on a variety of projects with different
drawing mediums to develop their own personal
