CPR for the Professional Rescuer
Receive Red Cross certified instruction
for CPR certification and re-certification in
this class. Learn the simple ABC (Airway,
Breathing & Circulation) method while developing
the confidence to administer CPR
correctly. Mats will be provided for kneeling
on the floor. Instructors: Hillcrest Family

First Aid Certification
This program will utilize Red Cross certified
instruction for First Aid. Learn what to do
when you encounter someone with sudden
illness, soft tissue injury, muscle or joint
injury, heat and cold related emergencies,
allergic reactions, and more. Instructors:

Lifeguard Training
Are you looking for a great job? Or are you
looking for a second income? Become certified
in Lifesaving, First Aid CPR, and AED.
This class leads to American Red Cross
certification in Lifeguard Training and First
Aid for the Professional Rescuer. You must
be at least 15 years old by the completion
of the program in order to register. Precourse
swimming test must be passed on
the first day of class. Choose from one of
the 2 sessions listed below. Attendance
is mandatory at all 4 classes in the session!
Pocket mask and textbook are included
in the fee.

When: Noon, June 23 through 8 a.m., June 24
Where: Mayfield Middle School (SOM and Ridgebury)
Multi-community event supported by the communities of:
Gates Mills, Highland Heights, Lyndhurst,
Mayfield Hts, Mayfield Village, Richmond Hts,
and South Euclid
• Free admission — come and go as you please
• Survivor ceremony and luncheon
• Luminary ceremony at dark
• Non-stop family-oriented fun such as contests,
entertainment, raffles, games, food, and more!
