What is Ayurveda?

What are the Vedaplex products? 

The Vedaplex products are a unique line of high purity plant extracts combined in specific ratios to enhance 

their functionality. Each plant material is selected from carefully screened growers who meet the required high 

quality standards for farming conditions.

The Vedaplex products are produced through an aqueous extraction process. After the initial extraction 

is complete, the resulting decoction is then filtered via a 3-step membrane filtration process followed by a 

highly controlled low temperature, high vacuum concentration procedure to optimize yield. The Vedaplex 

line incorporates the use of specific combinations of Cucumber Fruit Extract, Licorice Root Extract, Lemon 

Peel Powder, Orange Peel Powder, Indian Ginseng Extract, Lotus Flower Extract, Moringa Extract, Vetiver

What Is Vedaplex 119? 

Vedaplex 119 is a customized combination of two herbal extracts, commonly known as Lotus Flower and 

Indian Ginseng or Ashwagandha. Indian Ginseng is known to possess revitalization properties. The Lotus 

Flower is believed to have skin cooling and soothing properties. The combination of these two ingredients 

in Vedaplex 119 is thought to help moisturize and revitalize the skin, leaving it soft while diminishing the 

appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Vedaplex 119 creates a complimentary cooling effect and helps to 

ease overworked tissues. It has been shown to have strong antioxidant properties. 

What does Vedaplex 119 do? 

Free radicals cause skin damage by altering cell functions, breaking down collagen and damaging genetic 

material. This is a leading cause of skin aging. Vedaplex 119 has demonstrated in vitro antioxidant properties 

when compared to L-ascorbic acid as a control. 

How do I use Vedaplex 119? 

Vedaplex 119 is a fine hygroscopic extract powder that should be added, with mixing, at 45°C after emulsification 

is complete. Vedaplex 119 can also be dispersed in water, preferably as a 10% pre-solution, and 

then added to your batch to hasten incorporation. 

Suggested pH range of formulations should be pH 4.5 to pH 8.5. Vedaplex 119 is not recommended for 

clear gel systems.

Vedaplex 209 JB is a customized combination of three standardized herbal extracts; Mung Bean Extract, 

Fingerleaf Morning Glory Extract, and Indian Ginseng Extract. Indian Ginseng is known to possess revitalization 

properties, while Mung Bean Extract is widely used for its plethora of overall health benefits. Mung Bean 

is also a great source of multi-mineral skin nutrients. Fingerleaf Morning Glory is a member of the sweet 

potato family and has been used in Ayurveda as a general well-being tonic. 

What does Vedaplex 209 JB DO? 

Vedaplex 209 JB has been shown to have in vitro antioxidant, anti-elastase and anti-collagenase activity. 

Elastase is an enzyme responsible for the breakdown of the insoluble fibrous connective protein, elastin, an 

important constituent of dermal connective tissue. Collagenase is the enzyme responsible for the degradation of 

collagen another important structural skin protein. As skin is damaged and aging occurs, this class of enzymes 

is released in excess causing damage to the skin and thus resulting in the visible signs of aging. Elastase and

What is Vedaplex Mudpack NF? 

Vedaplex Mudpack NF is a unique blend containing hydrated multi-component river silt. The silt is rich 

in minerals and trace elements and is further blended with diatomaceous earth, also known as Multani 

mud, which is known to aid in the removal of dead skin cells. This mud complex is then fortified with Indian 

Ginseng and Licorice Root Extracts to provide antioxidant benefits. This unique product is ideally suited for
