movement with meditation has been recognized by medical experts worldwide as an effective way to achieve relaxation, decrease high blood pressure, promote<br />

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese breathing exercise with meditation which is being developed today for therapy <strong>of</strong> chronic illness and stress in China. Although the<br />

physiological side effects produced by Qi Gong resemble those <strong>of</strong> meditation, there are certain features that are unique, effective and <strong>of</strong>ten mysterious. The course will<br />

cover the theory, practice, physical and physiological relaxation and other benefits <strong>of</strong> breathing meditation. May be taken four times for credit. Grades: P/NP. Degree<br />
