Such behaviour would constitute a breach of the Code of Conduct BEWARE if dealing with former employees of Essential Energy and ensure that you do not give them, or appear to give them, favourable treatment or access to privileged information REMEMBER that if you leave Essential Energy you must not use or take advantage of any confidential information gained during your employment or engagement with Essential Energy until such information has become publicly available through legal means. If in doubt, please speak with your manager.
