Adapted to heat and humidity, this southern<br />
Tennessee selection was tested in Alabama<br />
by Jeff Sibley of Auburn University. Summer<br />
foliage is fresh and bright green compared to<br />
other sugar maples that suffer in hot weather.<br />
Additionally, it is among the narrowest and<br />
upright forms we have seen.<br />
A cutleaf selection featuring lateral branches which<br />
are more slender and horizontal than others. It is<br />
more refined than the species.<br />
