The words “This is LM radio.” used <strong>to</strong> whisper out of my old valve radio back<br />
in the 1960s when I was growing up. Now, more than 40 years later, I find<br />
myself in a hotel room in Mapu<strong>to</strong> looking out over the city skyline. The city has<br />
been through a lot during those intervening years, but what is very clear, is<br />
that the people and the country are working <strong>to</strong>wards making it the “must visit”<br />
destination it was just a few decades ago.<br />
