ALVINA RYAN<br />
Alvina Ryan has been practicing massage<br />
therapy for 16 years. She has a bachelor’s<br />
degree in Exercise Science with Honors in<br />
Athletic Therapy. She worked in various physiotherapy<br />
clinics before starting her own private<br />
practice in 1997. Alvina was the head<br />
massage therapist for the Montreal Alouettes<br />
football team from 1994 to 2008. She has also worked as a teacher<br />
and trainer for schools and companies since 1996. Her specialty<br />
remains deep tissue massage and sports massage, and she is often<br />
requested to teach these techniques at various spas.<br />

Fully trained in esthetics and in health sciences,<br />
Carole St-Pierre has been working in<br />
the fields of esthetics, hair styling and spas<br />
for over 30 years. Over the course of her career,<br />
she has acquired knowledge in a number<br />
of related fields, as well as in business management,<br />
at the H.E.C. at Université de Montréal.<br />
She is the owner and founder of the prestigious Salon & Spa<br />
Carole St-Pierre in Hudson, Quebec, where she heads a staff of 20<br />
including a hairstyling team, nail technicians, estheticians, massage<br />
therapists, laser hair removal technicians and customer service<br />
