black and Royal blue with red lining, with the undercarriage and wheels painted maroon<br />
with red lining and carved dub ends. On 12 and 14-spoke English pattern wheels with<br />
elliptic springs, green leather upholstery and ivory fittings to the interior of the door, oval<br />
brass exterior handles, patent leather dash, covered foot step, driver’s wedge seat and<br />
rear carriage lamp, splinter bar and pole.<br />

History - It was sold in Frank Haydon’s sale in 1966 on behalf of the late W.T. Barton<br />
who had purchased it from Frank Haydon. Miss Josephine Colebrook remembers the<br />
vehicle being originally dark green when she was driven to her wedding by her father. Mr<br />
Haydon had purchased it from the late John Colebrook. Previously owned by Ian Smith<br />
from Pickering, Yorkshire from whom Norman Brown purchased in 1999.<br />
