WHY GEOS?
Hi! My name is Chiara and I’ve been here for months. I think that GEOS is the perfect
compromise for studying and having fun here in California. It’s incredible how fast you can
learn. I learned to be more extroverted and easygoing. I have been in contact with people
from other countries, ages, and cultures. My English is getting better and better every day,
so now I don’t have to worry about my English when I speak. I even can use a lot of slang
too! This is why I’m really thankful for everything that teachers and friends have done for
me at this school.

My name is Dat and I am from Vietnam. I’ve been studying here
at GEOS for five months now. The first time I came, I was very shy. But
it didn’t take me too long to find out that GEOS was a very nice school.
Teachers are friendly and they help you when you have a problem
about anything. I met a lot of friends here, too. They come from many
countries. In class, you ask the teachers some questions, but we also
ask our classmates and we help each other. GEOS has helped me a lot
to improve my English. I am having a very good time.
